Consular Counters for CGC collection
Consular counter operational opening hours in Putrajaya are as follows:
MONDAY - THURSDAY: 9.00 AM - 4.00 PM
FRIDAY : 9.00 AM - 12.00 NOON, 2.45 PM - 4.00 PM
CLOSED: SATURDAY, SUNDAY, AND PUBLIC HOLIDAY
You may collect the certificate only if your status shows PASSED/ APPROVED/ LULUS. Please print the screenshot of the status or the collection slip. Kindly refer to the Guidelines on CGC, pages 11-15.
- Please download MyVisitor KLN (Google PlayStore/Apple App Store) for check-in purposes to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs premises.
- For the representative collecting this certificate please bring an authorisation letter, the approval slip, ID card/passport copy, and cash for counter processing.
- This certificate will not be sent through e-mail.
- Please read Guidelines on CGC which can be found through the e-Konsular website (ekonsular.kln.gov.my) and our official website (www.kln.gov.my)
- If you have an incomplete vaccination status on MySejahtera application or have difficulties with presenting your vaccination certificate, over-the-counter issuance of CGC could be delegated to eligible representatives acting on your behalf via letter of authorisation
For collection in Sabah/ Sarawak, applicants need to contact directly or send an e-mail to the Sabah Regional Office at pwsabah@kln.gov.my or Sarawak Regional Office at pwsarawak@kln.gov.my for further information regarding CGC collection.
